Frustrating healthcare with endless phone wait times

Decent service if you manage to secure an actual consultation. The process of scheduling involves enduring a 35-minute phone wait, only to be informed that face-to-face appointments are completely unavailable for the week. Regardless of your medical concern, they insist on telephone consultations, even for issues that clearly require in-person examination. It seems unreasonable to expect physicians to provide accurate diagnoses via phone for potentially serious conditions that genuinely need a physical assessment. Their approach to patient care appears fundamentally flawed and potentially risks patient health by limiting direct medical interactions.
