Frustrating healthcare with endless waiting and poor communication

Still avoiding in-person consultations despite widespread reopening, even NHS hospitals are operational. Instead, I'm forced to remain tethered to my phone all afternoon and evening, unable to move in case I miss their call. In just two visits to this practice, I've already experienced multiple instances of poor service, including being left waiting outside with no one answering the door for a full quarter-hour.
