The booking process here is incredibly frustrating. Instead of direct in-person consultations, you're forced to start with a phone appointment, which typically gets scheduled a full week out. After that initial phone consultation, there's yet another week-long wait before you can actually see a physician. When you're genuinely concerned about a medical issue, two weeks feels like an eternity. The clinic's management has clearly deteriorated since the pandemic, showing a complete lack of efficiency and patient-centered care. Moreover, unlike most medical practices, they haven't implemented online booking, which further complicates the already cumbersome appointment system.
