Frustrating healthcare with impossible appointment access

Every rating higher than a single star seems suspicious. Actually connecting with a physician could potentially yield top-notch treatment, but achieving that is incredibly challenging. Being second in the phone queue still resulted in a staggering 45-minute wait just to schedule an appointment - how is such inefficiency even conceivable? Pandemic restrictions prevent direct medical consultations, and when patients emphasize the urgency of their condition, receptionists dismissively redirect them to the emergency department. This practice unfairly burdens already overwhelmed hospitals and creates dangerous scenarios. Inappropriately channeling patients with moderate illnesses to A&E risks accelerating COVID transmission and potentially causing additional fatalities.
