Frustrating healthcare with inconsistent communication methods

Getting in touch with them is challenging, but once you do, the service is decent. Their NHS app appointment system is non-functional, perpetually displaying "no appointments available to book online at this time". When I phone to inquire, they suggest using the app, but I point out they've disabled it, to which they deflect responsibility, claiming "we didn't create the app". Frustrating. Before I can even describe my medical concern, they dismiss me with a blanket "we're full" response. Utterly unacceptable. Completely unsatisfactory.
