Frustrating healthcare with inconsistent service and communication

The medical staff are pleasant, provided you can secure an appointment. The front desk personnel vary in quality. One staff member was particularly discourteous and showed a complete lack of empathy. Multiple times, repeated medication requests have been incomplete. There's no communication when issues arise. This occurred again today. I've just transferred to a new practice and am anxiously hoping I can manage without my necessary medication until I'm officially registered with them.
