Frustrating healthcare with limited support and answers

Encountered some initial frustrations, with the Practice Manager offering minimal assistance. Booking appointments has since become straightforward, and as a working professional, telephone consultations prove convenient. However, I'm consistently left unsatisfied with addressing my health concerns. Referrals to physiotherapists seem ineffective, and obtaining an X-Ray appears challenging. It seems GPs are increasingly reluctant to cover medical expenses. Their approach appears to prioritize recommending over-the-counter treatments, including orthotic insoles, without conducting thorough diagnostic assessments.
