Frustrating healthcare with mixed staff interactions

The front desk staff are delightful, but the pharmacy and medical team create significant hurdles in obtaining medications, particularly when they've traditionally issued weekly prescriptions and now expect patients with memory challenges to manage this independently. Abbi, the pharmacist, displays an unpleasant and sarcastic demeanor, showing zero empathy towards the overwhelming stress placed on individuals struggling with memory impairments. Her lack of understanding about the difficulties patients face is alarming. I can now comprehend why this medical practice might face closure. The overall service is extremely poor. However, it's worth noting that Rebecca and Tom, the nurses, are exceptional, and the reception team consistently demonstrates helpfulness and a genuine desire to assist. It's unfortunate they bear the brunt of the fallout caused by the doctors' inadequate practices.
