Frustrating healthcare with poor communication and service

Getting through on their phone line is a constant struggle, with wait times consistently exceeding 25 minutes throughout the day. Website messaging appears equally ineffective, with messages frequently going unaddressed. I'm currently experiencing significant frustration as my prescription error has left me in pain for two consecutive days while awaiting correction. While some of their medical professionals are competent, the overall administrative processes desperately need overhaul. The organization would likely benefit from expanding their staffing to improve responsiveness and patient care.
