Frustrating healthcare with poor communication and service

Willow tree surgery's scheduling process is incredibly frustrating. Their phone lines are consistently unresponsive, and even when you manage to get through, available appointment times are non-existent. I'm completely baffled by their current system and the continued reliance on telephone bookings. Why aren't GPs seeing patients directly? When parents report their children's health concerns, the staff seem indifferent, merely instructing us to repeatedly call back the next day. It's absurd that they can't implement a forward-booking system, instead forcing patients to endure endless waiting and repeated call attempts just to secure a consultation.
