Frustrating healthcare with poor communication and service

What used to be an excellent medical practice has declined since relocating to Christchurch hospital. Communication has become nearly impossible, with phone lines seemingly unavailable and patients forced to send messages that may or may not be read by the receptionist. Obtaining an in-person consultation with a physician has become challenging, even after having a prior telephone consultation. The overall approach seems to prioritize administrative convenience over patient care, leaving me deeply concerned about the current state of this medical facility.
