Frustrating healthcare with poor patient communication system

Regrettably, despite the excellent medical professionals, the practice's administrative setup is severely lacking. Securing an appointment, even a digital consultation, is an exercise in futility. The service appears to cater exclusively to a specific demographic, disregarding other patients' needs. My attempts to communicate with the practice manager have been consistently thwarted, with phone calls going unanswered. The sole communication method seems to be traditional mail, highlighting the archaic and disconnected approach of this medical facility. This outdated communication strategy perfectly encapsulates the surgery's inefficient and narrow-minded operational model.
