Frustrating healthcare with poor service and communication

Securing an appointment is incredibly challenging. The reception staff attempt to pre-diagnose patients before scheduling any consultation. The physicians appear dismissive of patient concerns. As a self-employed individual, this medical practice's inability to identify my medical issue is jeopardizing my business operations. Having lived in various locations across the U.K. and internationally, I can confidently state this is the most subpar medical surgery I've encountered. Being relatively new to the village, I've observed that the staff seems more accommodating to long-standing residents. While the reception can be patronizing and brusque, they ironically display a sign cautioning patients against displaying similar behavior.
