Frustrating healthcare with poor service and communication

Medical practices these days are nothing more than impersonal call centers. Securing an appointment is nearly impossible, with everything routed through mygp, and response times can stretch up to three days. The physicians seem to work minimal hours, resulting in zero continuity of care with the same medical professionals. Some doctors persist in attributing every medical issue to COVID, as they did with my partner, despite her knowing her symptoms were unrelated. Thankfully, a second opinion revealed an entirely different condition requiring surgical intervention. Their administrative processes are in complete disarray. Despite moving three years ago, we've repeatedly had to remind them about incorrect address details. When our daughter relocated and informed them of her address change, they inexplicably altered our details as well. So much for maintaining patient confidentiality - the entire operation is a complete mess.
