Frustrating healthcare with unhelpful front desk staff

The front desk staff seems inexperienced with scheduling, and her loud radio makes any conversation nearly incomprehensible. Getting an appointment is a nightmare, with availability seemingly limited to routine blood work only. Their online booking system is completely useless, never generating a response or securing a slot. Despite repeatedly receiving text reminders about flu shots, the automated phone system is dysfunctional and repeatedly drops calls. I once held this medical practice in high regard, but now it has deteriorated into a frustrating experience.
