Frustrating healthcare with zero appointment availability

Getting an appointment here is incredibly challenging. Their callback system is ineffective because by the time they contact you, all available slots have vanished. They only open bookings for a minimal number of days ahead, unlike other medical practices that schedule routine appointments up to two weeks in advance, especially when recommended by a doctor or consultant. They lack an offline registration or triage process that many other practices successfully use. Their approach seems inadequate and inflexible. When you review their responses to patient concerns, they consistently deflect responsibility, claiming it's a widespread national issue. However, other healthcare providers manage to offer advance bookings, proper triage, and offline forms that can be evaluated and processed. Ultimately, the poor service quality forced me to switch to a different medical practice.
