Frustrating healthcare with zero patient convenience

Securing a medical consultation here is an exercise in futility. You're faced with two equally frustrating options: either brave the early morning crowd, lining up at 8am with over 20 people ahead of you, only to be dismissed and told to try again the next day... Alternatively, attempt to book by phone after 10am, where you'll find yourself languishing on hold for 31 minutes, stuck in first position, with no sign of anyone picking up. Their online booking system is a complete fiction, contradicting the pre-recorded message that suggests otherwise. If another medical practice were an option, I'd switch in a heartbeat, though I'm skeptical of finding a significantly improved experience elsewhere!
