Frustrating healthcare with zero patient support

Terrible customer experience. Communication is nearly impossible, and when you do connect, you're informed no appointments are available for weeks. Even if you manage a phone consultation, they call once, and missing that call means starting the entire frustrating process again, with endless wait times to reconnect. They rigidly prescribe only medications they prefer, disregarding what actually provides relief. Seeing a healthcare professional is incredibly difficult, even with long-standing medical concerns that have already been unsuccessfully treated with three different prescriptions. The staff seem reluctant to consider alternative treatments or specialist referrals. Ironically, they continue advertising to attract new patients while existing patients struggle desperately to receive basic medical attention.
