For minor ailments like a common cold, they might suffice. However, when dealing with more intricate health issues, their approach falls short. There's a distinct lack of adaptability and willingness to help with referral processes for proper diagnosis. I would not trust them with critical health matters. As a diabetic, I've experienced multiple instances where I was left without the necessary tools to monitor my blood sugar due to bureaucratic complications. The level of care is deeply concerning. They show no proactive approach in addressing potential issues flagged by blood test results. Patients might as well rely on internet searches to manage their own health concerns.
