Frustrating hospital experience: Long waits

The medical staff exudes warmth and friendliness once you manage to see them. However, the journey to that point is fraught with frustration. Phone services are virtually unusable, with interminable wait times only to be met with unhelpful responses. Punctuality is rendered meaningless by malfunctioning arrival screens, causing a domino effect of tardiness as you're forced to seek assistance at the reception desk. The glacial pace of service is evident, and while I've not personally experienced rudeness, I've witnessed staff displaying impatience towards other patients. It seems arriving on time for your appointment is merely an invitation to become intimately acquainted with the waiting room chairs for up to an hour post-scheduled time before being seen.
