Frustrating hospital experience with poor communication

I'm completely baffled by their approach. I informed my partner that the Homerton hospital nursing staff lack the authority to provide medical diagnoses and seem uncertain, yet they still recommended my partner return for further testing. Their appointment scheduling is absolutely abysmal - I've received multiple calls from medical staff insisting I need an urgent consultation, but when I attempt to book, they claim they're "fully booked" and advise me to try again the next day. After three days, I still haven't secured an appointment. Additionally, I've observed that the receptionists are overly intrusive about my medical condition and appear unqualified to determine whether I genuinely require a doctor's consultation.
