Frustrating lack of digital communication with gp

Typically, I've enjoyed top-notch care from my general practitioner, but COVID-19 has significantly reduced my in-person clinic visits. My doctor requested that I monitor and log my blood pressure measurements throughout a seven-day period. My intention was to transmit these recorded readings as a PDF document ahead of our scheduled phone consultation today. I find myself perplexed and frustrated by the apparent absence of a contact email address for such communication.
