Frustrating local surgery lacks basic communication skills

My spouse experienced an unsuccessful antibiotic treatment and was instructed to visit the nurse for a follow-up. Instead of a proper consultation, we only received a brief text message indicating a new prescription had been issued. The communication was frustratingly vague, with no specifics about the medication or duration, and no opportunity to seek clarification since the physician never reached out. During the recent bank holiday, we resorted to using a virtual GP service (Livi), and I'm genuinely infuriated that this remote option provides superior care compared to our local medical practice.
