Frustrating maternity care with poor communication

I recently switched to this medical practice, and my experience has been frustrating. Upon arrival for my procedure, I was informed that I couldn't schedule my 6-week postpartum check-up in advance and would need to call for an appointment. After multiple attempts, I finally got through at 8:25 am, only to be told no slots were available. To make matters worse, I learned I could have booked the appointment when my baby was 2 weeks old—information I was never previously communicated. Now, I'm forced to make daily morning calls just to secure this essential medical appointment.
