Frustrating medical appointment with zero communication

Absolutely dreadful customer service. I scheduled a phone consultation with Dr. S Patel, but no one contacted me throughout the entire day. When I followed up the next day, they claimed the doctor attempted to reach me but couldn't connect and supposedly left a voice message. However, I received neither a call nor any voicemail. This is a recurring issue that has happened multiple times before.
