Frustrating medical care leaves patient desperate for help

For two consecutive months, the medical staff have failed to process my essential medication. When I contact them, they claim they'll handle it immediately, but just like last month, the doctor delayed marking it off for five weeks. It's completely unacceptable that patients must constantly follow up on routine monthly prescription refills. I am seriously considering lodging a formal complaint with the medical board. If you rely on consistent monthly medications, steer clear of this utterly inefficient medical practice.
