Frustrating medical centre with mixed communication signals

The medical staff at St Edwards are genuinely kind, which is why I'm not giving the lowest rating possible. However, the centre's operational and logistical management is incredibly frustrating right now. I'm currently waiting for a promised phone call at a specific time, yet I'm repeatedly told that they 'don't provide scheduled phone call times'. This contradiction makes absolutely no sense. It's extremely annoying because I've cleared my work schedule and made myself available at their designated time, but I've now been waiting over an hour. Logically, a scheduled phone call should be treated with the same respect as an in-person medical appointment. Communication with some team members during complaint discussions is challenging and ineffective. It seems like the centre needs external guidance on effectively managing a hybrid system of telephone and in-person consultations. From what I can tell, they're not truly committed to implementing this approach successfully.
