Frustrating medical experience with lost test results

I've made multiple calls to schedule appointments and was directed to get blood work done. At the walk-in centre, a UTI was identified, but I was told to wait for the next available slot, which wasn't immediate. After undergoing blood tests and providing a urine sample, I was stunned when the receptionist claimed they couldn't locate my test results. This led to an additional 4-hour wait at the Walk-in Centre. The entire experience was absolutely absurd.
