Frustrating medical experience with poor communication

I've been struggling with this medical practice for 5 months now. Attempting to schedule an appointment, I spent 2 months following up only to be told I had already missed a previously scheduled visit. No notifications or communication were sent. Subsequently, I booked another appointment on a specific date and was rescheduled just a day prior. I adjusted my work schedule to accommodate this, and fortunately, the doctor was excellent. When I tried to book another appointment regarding my initial "missed" consultation, I was again scheduled for a date, only to receive a morning message shifting the appointment. As a full-time worker, I can't simply drop everything at a moment's notice. I had a courteous conversation with the receptionist, who assured me a manager would contact me about the first appointment's discrepancy. No follow-up occurred. Weeks later, I randomly received a message booking me for another date. The complete lack of communication is frustrating. While I recognize medical professionals can face challenges, their absolute disregard for patient scheduling and accountability is unacceptable.
