Frustrating medical experience with zero communication

Scheduling an appointment is extremely challenging, and the communication breakdown has been frustrating. My doctor mentioned a biopsy referral but then departed for vacation, leaving me hanging for a fortnight with no progress. The lack of responsiveness is deeply concerning and demonstrates a complete absence of patient care. *UPDATE*. Another two weeks pass, and still no resolution. I've been stuck on hold for nearly three-quarters of an hour trying to reach a receptionist, with absolutely no success. The service quality is abysmal, and I am preparing to file a formal complaint with the regulatory body.
