Frustrating medical journey with incompetent care

On October 4th, I had a phone consultation with UCL about my health issue. They revealed that I had been prescribed incorrect medication and provided a new treatment plan. Regrettably, this information never reached Abbey Medical Centre. I experienced significant frustration with UCL, but Anthony Ellick ultimately assisted me by sending a report to Abbey Medical Centre on October 19th. Following this, instead of supporting my treatment and providing the necessary medication, Abbey Medical Centre insisted I must wait 48 hours for their chemist to review the report. These are the same individuals who incorrectly medicated me for nearly a year, and now they're making me wait for their chemist—a transparent public relations maneuver with no genuine medical purpose. Rather than acknowledging their error and apologizing, they continue to obstruct my treatment. This appears to be an institution that penalizes patients who dare to highlight their professional shortcomings.
