Frustrating medical mismanagement and poor communication

Back in November, I underwent a blood test that revealed slightly elevated cholesterol levels, with instructions to repeat the test after three months. When I followed up in March and contacted the office for my results, the receptionist informed me that my cholesterol wasn't even assessed, casually suggesting I could send an email to voice my complaint.
