Frustrating medical mixup with wrong patient contact

I am not associated with this medical facility (I don't even reside in this part of the UK) yet I consistently receive text messages intended for another patient, inviting them to various appointments and support groups. Due to patient confidentiality - which I understand well as an NHS employee - I cannot disclose the patient's identity. This morning, I attempted multiple times to contact the health centre via email, but the messages were returned undelivered. I also tried calling three times without success and cannot submit an online inquiry since I'm not a registered patient. Previously, I contacted the practice regarding this same issue, but I continue to receive these text messages. As a result, I have now blocked the number. My purpose in sharing this is to hope that a representative from the practice will see this and provide me with a dependable way to address this matter. I am genuinely worried that the intended patient might be missing critical appointments and support.
