Frustrating medical portal with constant service disruptions

Over the past three days, I've been attempting to access Klinik. On Monday, November 11th, Klinik claimed they would be back online Tuesday at 08:00. Returning Tuesday, they then stated they'd be operational Wednesday at 08:00. When I tried again on Thursday, November 14th at 08:00, the system was still offline. Online inquiries for Talbot Medical Centre remain suspended, with a message indicating service resumption on Wednesday, November 13th, 2024 at 00:00. The phone queue's voice message directs patients to use the Klinik app for appointments, prescriptions, and blood results, suggesting speaking with staff in person if issues arise. However, I cannot reach anyone by phone due to work commitments during weekdays. This situation is incredibly inconvenient and demonstrates a severe lack of patient consideration. I'm frustrated and wondering when the KLINIK link will finally be functional and accessible.
