Frustrating medical practice with impossible appointment booking

The medical care itself is excellent when I can actually see a professional. However, scheduling an appointment is incredibly frustrating. I've spent three consecutive days attempting to contact the practice by phone, with zero success. Although the website suggests online booking is possible, both the MyGP and Patient Access apps fail to provide this functionality. The situation has become absurd. While some might attribute these issues to the pandemic, that excuse no longer holds water as other services have resumed normal operations. **Update - The practice's website claims appointments can be booked via phone, Patient Access website, or in-person. Yet, phone calls go unanswered. Contradictorily, the website now states online booking is not permitted. Upon visiting the practice, I discovered that appointments can only be made on the same day, and availability is extremely limited. It appears a formal complaint is imminent....
