Frustrating medical practice with no communication

I'm experiencing absolute frustration with this medical practice. After registering recently, I've been desperately waiting for an appointment to investigate potential Parkinson's, but each time I contact them, I'm told I must first speak with a nurse. The uncertainty and anxiety are overwhelming. They scheduled a phone consultation for Saturday, December 5th between 11:30 and 11:45, yet it's now Sunday, December 6th at 8am, and I've heard nothing. I'm astounded by their complete lack of communication. If the practice manager believes they're performing adequately, I'd love to understand how staff who can't even manage a simple phone call could possibly handle medical equipment. I've already filed a complaint with the NHS complaints department and hope the government will review whether this practice deserves continued financial support. It's no wonder our health service is struggling financially if other practices operate with such disregard for patient care. Utterly disappointing and unacceptable.
