Frustrating medical practice with poor communication

I reached out mid-week to inquire about my test results, only to be instructed by the front desk to follow up the next day after 1pm. Upon calling back as directed, I discovered the medical practice was shut down for the afternoon. When I attempted again Friday morning, I was informed they couldn't discuss test results during that time. The arbitrary timing restrictions are absolutely nonsensical! They claim patients can book appointments online with a login, but the system is non-functional. Even more frustrating, despite advertising online prescription refill services, this feature is completely unavailable. The entire process is incredibly inefficient and aggravating.
