Frustrating medical practice with terrible appointment system

It's disheartening that this medical practice appears to prioritize the doctors' convenience over patient needs. Scheduling an appointment has become an incredibly frustrating ordeal. The morning phone system, which begins at 8:30am, demands at least 20 dialing attempts, frequently resulting in no available slots. The process of enduring multiple calls only to be informed that appointments are fully booked is incredibly taxing. The numerous pre-recorded messages before being instructed to call back later are particularly aggravating, especially for those using pay-as-you-go phones, which incurs unnecessary charges. If only the doctors would experience this system firsthand, they would comprehend why patients—many of whom are already anxious or suffering—become so frustrated and distressed by this inefficient approach.
