Frustrating medical practice with terrible communication

Abysmal customer service. Scheduled a phone consultation to receive a medical update. They called at 13:40 and 13:41, I returned the call at 13:42 and was immediately placed on hold. The doctor declined to speak with me, insisting I book another appointment just to understand their request. The receptionist was unhelpful and minimally cooperative. She did eventually connect with the doctor, a process taking nearly 5 minutes that I could have handled directly. Now I'm forced to waste more of my day on an unnecessary appointment, time that could benefit another patient, simply to get an explanation about pending medical tests. This follows my initial struggle to obtain medication when first joining the practice. There seems to be constant bureaucratic obstacles. I'm frustrated by the requirement to change healthcare providers when relocating, especially knowing superior medical practices exist elsewhere.
