Frustrating medical practice with terrible service

I switched to this medical practice and it's incredibly challenging to secure an appointment, obtain medication, or use online services. Upon joining, I was asked to schedule a medication review, which I did, and was promised a callback that never materialized. I naively assumed that during my upcoming doctor's appointment, I could discuss and review my medications to get my prescription refills. However, the Doctor informed me that discussing such matters would require a separate appointment, as she had already addressed two other issues with me. I attempted to book a medication review at reception, but midway through our conversation, the receptionist abruptly turned away to assist another patient waving a form, causing me to leave in frustration. Later that day, I called and discovered the earliest available appointment was too far in September, given my urgent medication needs. When advised to call back mid-morning, I was told the next appointment was even further away. The staff also asked redundant questions like whether I had a previous GP, which was obviously yes - and my previous practice was far more efficient. While I understand a new practice needs to review my medications, the process is unnecessarily complicated. I've wasted over an hour trying to resolve this and am giving up. It's simpler to return to my old practice and travel than to be treated like an inconvenience and made to feel like my request is extraordinary. I strongly advise against using this practice.
