Frustrating medical registration nightmare
The service was absolutely abysmal. They claimed my registration would be processed within a week, but after ten days, I was still not entered into their system. Frustrated, I opted to cancel my registration and seek alternatives, only to discover weeks later that they were still attempting to retrieve my records from my previous healthcare provider. Given that I'm currently dependent on prescription medication and need to maintain a consistent supply, this level of incompetence was incredibly disruptive and unacceptable.
