Frustrating medical service fails patient once again

My spouse relies on a recurring prescription for her hypertension medication. As is customary, she attempted to schedule this via telephone (which typically requires multiple calls before the prescription is finally processed). On this occasion, the receptionist demanded she submit an email request instead. The front desk staff demonstrate absolutely no predictable approach. She remains without her essential medication. The medical practice is completely ineffective. They desperately need to improve their operational procedures.
