Frustrating medical service with poor communication

I took a blood test and waited over a month without receiving results. When I tried calling to schedule an appointment, the receptionist Tracey insisted on booking through a phone consultation. It seems the pandemic is over, so doctors shouldn't continue working remotely. I was feeling unwell, yet my appointment was scheduled more than a week and a half later. My wife had an urgent medical need, but she was also given an appointment after two weeks. Upon visiting the office, they asked me to choose my preferred appointment time. The office staff clearly undervalues patients, especially those who might struggle with English communication. I've been in the same area for 10 years, so if I can understand, why can't they? They should be more considerate and helpful, particularly towards patients with potential language barriers.
