Frustrating medical service with poor communication

I understand the surgery is primarily conducting consultations via telephone due to pandemic protocols, but I've been attempting to schedule a repeat prescription for 48 hours without success. Although Google indicates specific operating hours, whenever I call, the phone lines remain unresponsive to patient inquiries. A few weeks back, I sought an in-person consultation, which was completely disregarded. The telephone representative I eventually spoke with seemed unprofessional and did not appear to be medically qualified, offering a dismissive and generalized response about my medication - claiming "all these medications cause hair loss and weight gain" - with absolutely no willingness to discuss potential alternative treatments or options.
