Frustrating medical service with poor communication

The service is mediocre at best. I'm currently experiencing a frustrating delay, having been waiting five weeks for results that the practice should have pursued from the local hospital. Over the past week, I've made multiple phone calls, and this morning was informed I can only contact them between 12-2:00pm (a new restriction that wasn't in place last week). After explaining my lengthy wait time, the receptionist was unhelpful and abruptly ended the call. Their communication is consistently poor - patients are always left to follow up on test results, with no proactive outreach from the practice.
