Frustrating medical service with unhelpful reception staff

The receptionist at this location exudes an off-putting sense of superiority and appears completely disinterested in assisting patients. While the physicians themselves seem acceptable, navigating the process of securing an appointment is incredibly frustrating. I've been attempting to schedule a consultation for weeks without success. Their communication methods are extremely limited - they either instruct you to call precisely at 8 o'clock or suggest using an e-consult system that is fundamentally non-functional. Essentially, you're left with two equally ineffective options: telephoning or physically visiting the GP center, both of which will inevitably result in being dismissed or turned away.
