Frustrating medical service with zero communication

I've been attempting to contact the medical practice for three consecutive days, and each time I'm left waiting on hold for nearly three-quarters of an hour with no response. My blood test, which was conducted a week ago, seems to have vanished, and the prescription I submitted to the surgery a week prior remains unsent to the local pharmacy. The staff appear completely unprepared and lacking in proper training.
