Frustrating medical support with zero compassion

I've been desperately seeking assistance regarding my wife's post-stroke medication, which is nearly depleted. I've contacted the office three separate times, and the receptionist appears completely indifferent to the critical nature of our situation. She repeatedly claims her only action is to forward my request to a doctor who might respond the day before my wife's essential medicine runs out. When I tried explaining the urgency, she abruptly ended the call. They're using COVID as a convenient shield to avoid genuine patient care, and it's infuriating. These receptionists need to understand they aren't medical professionals and the real-world consequences of their dismissive attitude. This is unacceptable.
