Frustrating medical visit with poor patient care

This reflects my recent visit. The appointment was significantly delayed, with no communication provided, and I ultimately saw a nurse without any explanation. Despite this, I remained patient, understanding the pressures healthcare professionals face. However, the service was extremely poor and not worth the visit. My mother came to discuss her health concerns, but was quickly dismissed and told to schedule another appointment, with minimal interest in addressing her needs or asking if she required additional assistance. I also overheard staff members discussing negative reviews and expressing disagreement with them. I believe the practice needs to seriously consider feedback and take responsibility instead of deflecting blame. Instructing patients to reschedule and waste their time, potentially preventing others from receiving necessary care, is not an appropriate approach. I've requested a call from the practice manager, who is apparently going on holiday. I'll wait and see if she actually addresses my feedback or simply tries to sweep it under the rug.
