Frustrating merger turns healthcare into customer nightmare

Ever since the merger, communicating with this medical practice has become an absolute nightmare. Every phone call leads to the same frustrating experience: stuck at number 4 in the queue for what feels like an eternity, with no progress after 40 minutes. Multiple attempts yield identical results, leaving me endlessly trapped in queue limbo. Getting an appointment seems nearly impossible. When I finally managed to inquire about my test results, I received conflicting information - first being told my scan was fine but blood work wasn't, then later learning at an appointment that the exact opposite was true. The receptionist was apparently wrong to have commented on my results in the first place, as they lack medical qualifications. To make matters worse, I can no longer order repeat prescriptions online, supposedly due to the merger. Attempting to resolve this via their website email resulted in claims that my message was never received, with their ultimate suggestion being to physically come in and complete a form. The entire experience has been incredibly aggravating and inefficient.
